3. Booking and Payment

Any changes or cancellations must be communicated to us prior to the scheduled service to avoid charges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made in advance of the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made closer to the service date may incur a cancellation fee.
Santosh Travels reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Liability

Santosh Travels is committed to providing safe and reliable transportation. However, we are not liable for any delays, accidents, or damages resulting from third-party actions or events beyond our control.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during transit. Santosh Travels is not liable for lost or damaged items.

6. Code of Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves appropriately during the journey. Any behavior that is abusive, disrespectful, or illegal may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Santosh Travels reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
